Astroboy Awards – Award #6

Wassup! Finally, I get to award another person! I’ve been busy lately at work, 3 weeks yata yun back-to-back-to-back na 150+ essays ang ni-ch-check ko. Oh well.

Actually I already wrote about the recipient of this award in an earlier blog entry.

And sino nga ba yun? Haha.

The sixth award – the Hyper Kambal Award – goes to:

Richard a.k.a. KUTIK!

Not much of a surprise there no? Hahahaha. Here’s a part of what I wrote about him in an earlier blog entry:

…we have learned a lot about each other na and super parang ang gaan-gaan ng loob namin sa isa’t isa (yehes cheesy!) And then we have a lot in common!!! We’re both hyper, makulet, madaldal, book lovers, RX listeners and MATAKAW!!! nyahahaha! ) So tada! We became the HYPER KAMBALS! -You can read the entire entry HERE.

We finally got to meet each other during the Rushers’ July EB (the pic above is our first pic together!), and boy, we truly have a lot of things in common! He is very passionate about a lot of things, especially good food! Haha! Thanks to him, I was able to defeat my latest case of acute otitis externa in less than a week! Hehehe! ^^

Hindi ako mapakali sa work because it was the day of the Monster Movie Premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Lalo akong nawindang when Chico texted me about the 6 extra invites he had and that I should distribute them among active Rushers. So bonggang I stopped working, mga two hours din yata akong “namroblema” kung kanino ibibigay yung mga invites! Lol!

Anyway, hindi tungkol ^diyan ang blog na ito. Hahaha :p

A few weeks ago or last week lang ata haha – memory gap, sorry! – I decided to follow @kutik on Twitter since I often hear his name on RX (and fine, I find him cute hahahaha) and he followed me back and then KABLAM! A hyper and happy girl meets a hyper and happy boy and they flooded Twitter with a lot of Tweets! Sobrang daldal nila pareho, so good luck di ba?!

So sige, mga a little over a week pa lang kami nagkakilala online, pero we have learned a lot about each other na and super parang ang gaan-gaan ng loob namin sa isa’t isa (yehes cheesy!) And then we have a lot in common!!! We’re both hyper, makulet, madaldal, book lovers, RX listeners and MATAKAW!!! nyahahaha! ) So tada! We became the HYPER KAMBALS!

But wait, there’s more! So hindi naman totallyng useless ang first paragraph ko dito hehe! So ayun nga, nawindang ako dahil sa task ni Chico. While deciding kung kanino ibibigay yung tickets, I suddenly received a call from an unknown number and ganito ang naging usapan:

Me: Hello?

Guy: Hello? KC?

Me: Sino ito? CHICO?!

Guy: Hulaan mo kung sino, KC!

Me: KC? (oo sobrang windang na ako!!!)

Guy: Ikaw si KC!

Me: Ay oo nga pala! Hahaha! Sino to?!

Guy: Hulaan mo!

So there, parang ganyan yung naging first few seconds ng usap namin tapos I was soooo thrilled when I learned na si hyper kambal ko na pala yun – calling me from China! HAHAHAHA! I didn’t notice na the unknown number had more numbers than a local number! Hilo na hahaha )

Ayun, super happy lang talaga ako because I luuuurve pleasant surprises! So thanks for making my Wednesday more positively windang, hyper kambal! hahahaha! Can’t wait to meet you!!!! ^^
