2015 Project 365, Day 20: Kaju Katli

Thank you for this very yummy pasalubong from India, Eds! According to my research, this Indian dessert is called “kaju katli,” and is primarily composed of cashew nuts, milk, and sugar. It does not have a nutty texture or flavor, though. It has a smooth texture and tastes like pastillas, but with a hint of mild spices, which I do not recognize. 🙂
