2015 Project 365, Day 232: Uber Customer Support

Another reason to love Uber: they have an efficient customer support system! I was surprised to be paying P205 for my trip from Marikina to Farmer’s Plaza yesterday because I used the Quezon City Day promo code, which should have allowed me to save P137. When I got home, I checked the Uber app, and there was a help tab, which I explored, leading me to a prompt where I entered the promo code I expected to be applied. I was prepared to get their reply this morning, but when I woke up, I saw that Uber replied already and even adjusted my fare at around half past midnight; that’s within 2 hours from my request! 🙂
