2015 Project 365, Day 304: Grilled Arroz Valenciana – Mandi’s Grill Grub

Two weeks ago, Mandi’s Grill Grub came up with a new grilled dish: a whole chicken stuffed with galantina (similar to embutido). The chicken itself was okay, but I generally do not like embutido, so I suggested Hungarian sausage and potatoes instead. That’s another thing I like about the owners of MGG: they are very open to suggestions. And voilà! This is the much improved experiment: Grilled Arroz Valenciana with special Valenciana rice (with nuts). This sinfully good and beautiful ensemble will probably be available starting next week, and it’s great for groups of 3-4. Aside from sausage slices & marble potatoes, it is also topped with carrots, quail eggs, parsley, and gizzards. It’s so effin’ good!!!! ^^
