I had lunch at Mandi’s Grill Grub to taste something for an upcoming project, and Tito Joy, the very nice owner, mentioned that he also plans to experiment on pork chops. I suggested something, but I didn’t expect them to deliver within the same day! Haha! So yeah, for dinner, I had this crispy pork chop with roasted sesame sauce and potato salad. Better visit them this weekend since they have limited pork chops available! 🙂 That’s another thing I really love about Mandi’s – they welcome food challenges! 😀 Burp!
