2020 Project 366, Day 99: Broccoli & Eggs

Photo #99: April 8

Because Season 82 is cancelled, I’ll make my posts UAAP-related. Here’s our sustenance for today, scrambled eggs and broccoli, which reminds me of the GDLs, esp. my favorite, Jordi. Also, yellow and green can represent UST, FEU, DLSU, and even UP. 😅🥦💛💚🍳

2019 Project 365, Day 146: Kimchi Ramen

Photo #146: May 26

Wanted sinigang, but was to lazy to go out, plus it rained, and even if I had braved the rain, I would have been too lazy to cook, so as a “soupy compromise,” I settled for instant kimchi ramen with real kimchi instead. But I really hope to satisfy my sinigang cravings this week! Any recommendations in Marikina? 😋

2019 Project 365, Day 123: Rise & Grind Cafe

Photo #123: May 3

Rise & Grind Cafe has good and affordable food!  On the table: “Babe-kon ng Buhay Ko” (bacon belly, LEGIT garlic rice), “Hungry na si Juan” (Hungarian sausage), and super yummy jalapeño cheese sticks!!! Next time, we plan to try their lunch/dinner offerings!

2018 Project 365, Day 132: Spicy Fried Rice

Garlic, mushrooms, teriyaki Spam, scrambled eggs, hot sauce, and chili flakes. My sustenance for a few days since I will be busy working and doing chores in preparation for something big in June! 😀

2017 Project 365, Day 326: Omelette au Fromage

Photo #326: November 22

I’m no chef, but I could make a mean omelette au fromage (du fromage? Dexter!! haha) if I put extra effort into cooking.  Nothing fancy here, just some eggs with a bit of dried basil, some salt & pepper, and lots of quick melt cheese. Bon appétit!
