Because Cheena said so, I tried Pixie’s Sinugba Concepcion‘s relyenong bangus, and I’m glad I did! I don’t really like raisins mixed into savory food, but I’d gladly eat this again, but next time, I’ll do so with rice!!! 😀

Felt really tired and hungry after my adulting errands today, so I treated myself to this jumbo BONELESS grilled milkfish (bangus). I ate it without rice because I’ll be having unlimited Korean BBQ tomorrow night. Anyway, this is just P228! The fish has tomatoes, onions, and lemon grass, plus let me repeat, it’s BONELESS!!! Such a great deal, IMO. This Pixie’s Sinugba Concepcion branch is beside Puregold along Bayan-Bayanan.

Enjoyed another Goreng Goreng dinner for our Sundate! For tonight, we had Hainanese chicken, ikan goreng kuah kacang (fish), kangkong belacan, and mee goreng mamak (noodles). Everything’s so flavorful! While eating, I kept thinking about bringing my friends here, especially my besties!!! ❤

Had an awesome accidental reunion with an elementary batchmate at Mandi’s Grill Grub! It was nostalgic to talk about our St. Scho Marikina days over great food: ribs, bagaybay (fish testicles), and tuna tail! Good to see ya, Kate! Nice meeting you, Nikki! :-*

Finally tried Mcdo’s fish and fries, and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it! The well-seasoned batter is just right and extra crunchy, yet it doesn’t overpower the fish, which was quite chunky! I felt like I was eating fried chicken! I was also surprised with the thousand island sauce, which went well with both the fish and fries. My mouth is watering as I type this. =p

Ended a 13-hour work day with a seafood feast, thanks once again to my ever thoughtful Mandi’s Grill Grub family! And I’m glad to have shared these with two of my closest foodie friends, Rich and Mickey!!! :-*

A seafood monster was spotted earlier at Mandi’s Grill Grub. It voraciously devoured fish sarciado, giant freshwater shrimps (ulang), and spicy blue crab. It wasn’t afraid to get its hands dirty…
p.s. the monster’s fictional, but the food’s real! Catch them while you can!!!
