One of the 4 latest dining places along Lilac Street in Marikina is actually more than just a place where you can eat; you can also shop at Empire Fashion Cafe! It’s located in the same building as Leon’s Bistro (upper Lilac, near General Ordoñez). They have a wide range of clothes, shoes, accessories, and other cute stuff like this Hogwarts watch!!! Their items are from independent brands, including Instagram sellers. I haven’t tried any of their food, but they mostly offer sweet treats and drinks. I will try those next time! ^^ Happy shopping and eating!! 🙂
