Today’s viands from Mamshie Ulam Delivery: stir-fried veggies with beef and vegan BBQ! The latter’s mouthfeel and texture are like beef’s, while the taste and smell remind me of isaw! Weirdly good, I guess? 😳😋 Try these & other yummy dishes by sending Mamshie a PM & ordering 2 days in advance! Watch out for their weekly menus! 🤤

Not sure if I made salad or pasta. 😅 This has garlic, onion, chili, olive oil, butter, shrimp, sardines, broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower. Oh yeah, and fusilli! Whatever this is called, it’s damn good. Let’s eat!

Beef caldereta is my second favorite Filipino dish (sinigang is #1 in my heart forever), and its recipe isn’t complete without liver spread, right? Actually, it’s possible to not have any! And Jocyl Froot‘s take on this classic is absolutely DELICIOUS! It would still make you want to have more rice wahaha! Halal-style beef caldereta! She told me that my order was for 2-3 people, but I think it’s just enough for one hungry ME! 😅😋🤤🐷

Feeding your feed with some chemical- and preservative-free garlic-pepper bacon from Tita Adah’s Homemade Eats! It’s not too salty, so you can eat it on its own! These also come in maple and honey variants, and I’m excited to try them as well. Actually, I have a pack each in my fridge, but I’m saving them for other lazy days.

Didn’t have any capers, so ended up with tuna-mushroom aglio olio instead of my favorite puttanesca. Its aroma is enough to make my mouth water, hehe. Garlic ftw! Not bad at all!

Not as appealing as I wanted it to be, but this shrimp and Spam carbonara’s good enough for me! Let’s eat! #keysicooks #keysieats

My puttanesca’s all set for the first few days of Feb. Gotta focus on work, so I have no time to cook or go out to buy food. First time to use angel hair pasta, and I almost overcooked it! 😅 Let’s eat! 🙂
