Project 365, Day 170: Puttanesca

Photo #170: June 19

When the boss (a.k.a. mama) says, “I wonder when can I taste your pasta?”, who am I to disregard that???  Anyway, my version of puttanesca was a hit! My brother had 4 servings right away, while my mom and sister had 2! Kilig!

Garlic, mushrooms, teriyaki Spam, scrambled eggs, hot sauce, and chili flakes. My sustenance for a few days since I will be busy working and doing chores in preparation for something big in June! 😀

2018 Project 365, Day 104: Tuna Alfredo Pasta

Photo #104: April 14

Found time to kind of cook today – i.e., just the pasta + ready-made garlic Alfredo sauce and canned mushrooms & tuna. Aaaaaand of course, chili flakes! Yey for my sustenance for a few days! 😀

2017 Project 365, Day 326: Omelette au Fromage

Photo #326: November 22

I’m no chef, but I could make a mean omelette au fromage (du fromage? Dexter!! haha) if I put extra effort into cooking.  Nothing fancy here, just some eggs with a bit of dried basil, some salt & pepper, and lots of quick melt cheese. Bon appétit!

2017 Project 365, Day 299: Herbed Chicken Linguine

Photo #299: October 26

My sustenance for a few days: herbed chicken linguine! Thanks to my adoptive father for the chicken! So many fragrant flavors in this dish! However, I feel so tired hahaha! Cooking is satisfying, but it’s something I wouldn’t do every day.

p.s. in case you’re interested, this pasta has onion, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes, dried basil, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt.

2017 Project 365, Day 297: Chopsuey

Photo #297: October 24

Found some time to cook again! It’s my first time to do so for 2 consecutive days! Nothing special’s happening; it’s just that the last week of a month is usually my most relaxed. Anyway, this is my first time to cook chopsuey, and I am quite happy with how it turned out! I cheated a bit by using ready-to-cook veggies – those that are already cut and packed hehehe! Plus lots of garlic & onion, a chicken broth cube, some soy sauce, and a bit of salt, pepper, & chili flakes. So fragrant!!! Dig in!
