2020 Project 366, Day 9: Mini Heart Attack

First mini heart attack of the year: seeing the red loss of signal light on our PLDT modem. It was only about 30 minutes, but it felt like 30 years. #betterthancoffee #buhayhomebased

Anyway, I went out for tax-related errand, and when I came back, it was back to normal. Was able to take a long nap after, and ang hirap malingat sa Twitter ah. 😅

2019 Project 365, Day 284: Smart LTE Plan Renewal

Renewed my LTE plan with Smart. It’s actually my back-up connection in case PLDT acts up, but I use it more whenever I go out. In my first year, it was P499 for 6 GB a month, but after this renewal, they added 1 GB as a gift or something. The device was also changed! It looks sleeker than the previous one, plus I could view my current data consumption anytime without having to check online or via the Smart app.

Project 365, Day 148: New PLDT FIBR Modem

So at around 10 pm last night, I lost my PLDT connection (red loss of signal light huhu). I thought it was just a systems check on their end, but when I woke up at 4:30 this morning, I still didn’t have any connection! Thankfully, I only have a few lessons today, so I was able to use my Smart LTE pocket wifi to conduct them. I thought I’d wait for at least a day before anything could be done, but no! A technician came and fixed the problem by 2 pm (perfect timing as I had a 2:30 pm class), and he even replaced my 4-year old FIBR modem. Thank you, Kuya Jonathan! ❤

2017 Project 365, Day 315: SMART LTE Pocket Wifi

Ah, I’m back to civilization! =p I still don’t have any PLDT connection, and it is important for me to stay online, so hello to my new gadget! Smart definitely has a much stronger and more reliable signal than Globe, so I’m glad with this purchase! However, I choose not to have any classes yet as long as I don’t have my PLDT Fibr connection back. With this LTE pocket wifi, I’ll be able to make kulit PLDT for a report via email!!! I’m just a little stressed, though – I could not access Smart’s gateway for me to view the one-time password they sent to my number. I can’t register nor check the status of my SurfMax promo. Ah well. At least I have Internet at home!!!

2017 Project 365, Day 312: No Connection

Today’s horror story: I didn’t have any Internet connection for nearly 4 hours! Only 2 lights were on: power & WiFi – normally, 5 lights should be working. I have already spoken with a PLDT rep; I’m just waiting for an incident report. While waiting for the connection to be restored, grabe, I was thinking that I won’t reach my personal goal this month! SO SCARY HA.

2016 Project 365, Day 228: PLDT Fibr Disconnection

I don’t know what happened earlier, but I lost my Internet connection while having a class. Only these two lights were on, and I felt like the world forsook me. Lol, OA! 😀 I did, however, do some other stuff like a bit of gardening and catching up with “Teen Wolf.” I felt so happy when the connection was restored, especially since I received emails regarding the Good Tutor Awards recipients and gathering! 🙂

2015 Project 365, Day 107: PLDT FIBR – Restored!

After feeling crippled for nearly 3 days because of not having ultra fast Internet connection and a dial tone, it felt so good to finally see these lights!!! Apparently, one of the mango trees along my street was the cause of my disconnection. Time to catch up on work! 🙂
