One of the things Japan is known for is their wide variety of capsule toys! Today, I learned that they are more popularly called “gacha” toys because of the sound the machines make when their knobs are turned. Anyway, what I thought was a character from My Hero Academia turned out to be Godzilla! I was a bit disappointed at first, but when I finally assembled it earlier, WOW IT’S SO COOL!!! 500 yen – worth it!!!

At Animate, a popular anime shop in Japan, I saw this hmmm poster dispenser? It’s 400 yen a pop, and without knowing which one I’ll be getting, I limited myself to just 2. I wanted to get Shoto Todoroki, but Ochako and Iida are great, too! I kind of regret not buying more now, especially since they come in strong cylindrical cardboards, which ensure the posters’ safety even while travelling. Anyway, the last time I put up posters in my room was in my elementary years — Moffatts! Hahaha! Ughhh can’t wait to go back to Japan and complete these!!!

Here are some of my Boku no Hīrō Akademia purchases from Animate and Jump Shop! I like all of them, but my favorites are the playing cards and towel/muffler!!! Showed these to the young learner who recommended the anime to me, and he was delighted as well! So happy!!!
