Updated Skype on both of my laptops today, and I really love the call notification sound! I bob my head every time I call a student! In addition, I love how we can already react to messages, especially the poop reaction wahaha! Simple joys!!!

The past few weeks have been an emotional roller coaster for me. My family from the US stayed for a month, and while I was happy spending time with them, I was also doing my best to qualify as one of RareJob, Inc.‘s ambassadors this year. When I made it to the top 20 last week, I wrote this sign and repeatedly envisioned the words. I have wanted this so badly since 2016, and today, I am truly thankful. Thank you to everyone who always believed that I could make it! You all know how much I love my job, and now I love it even more! See you soon, Japan! #RAP2018

When I was an elementary school student, I wanted to be a scientist. Come high school, I wanted to be a lawyer. However, inspired by my awesome English teachers, I realized I wanted to teach. Thank you for this, JC! This goes out to my fellow teachers as well! Continue molding minds, inspiring creativity, and honing talents!

Finally succeeded in “resting.” =p Anyway, I plan to go on beast mode again this March, one of my favorite months of the year!!! Started today with 14 hours of teaching, plus an hour for 1 demo lesson. Aiming for at least 500 lessons again, but if I can do more, then much better. ” 🙂

From today until February 28, my teaching slots are only for a few students. I’m finally getting some much needed rest, but at the same time, I’ll be doing a few errands before March comes. Thankful for student gems, especially my children – young learner students who are adorable, smart, and sweet!
p.s. yes, my job allows me to be this flexible! In case you’re interested to teach English online, register here first.

When I first met Angie, I thought she was a snob! However, as we got to see each other more at RareJob gatherings and our own get-togethers, I learned how much of a sweetheart she is. But don’t be fooled! She’s a softie yet also a toughie, especially when defending her friends as long as they’re in the right. Her personality is as bright as her underarms!!! I love you, girl! Happy birthday! :-*
