2017 Project 365, Day 137: Herb’s Tuyo Flakes

Thanks to Ritche for getting me a bottle of spicy tuyo flakes from Herb’s N’ Spice! It’s salty, spicy, and garlicky!!! Ahhhh, rice please! But what I like best is the fact that it’s meant for lazy eaters – no more fish bones!

2017 Project 365, Day 102: Seafood Paella

Holy Week is usually a time for reflection, and at Mandi’s Grill Grub, they started thinking about their version of seafood paella! Their trials ended up in our tummies: regular and negra. I can’t wait for Mandi’s to include them in their menu!!!

Today’s catch at Mandi’s Grill Grub: grilled mussels topped with Béchamel sauce & garlic and served with sinfully good bagoong rice. I am forever thankful that I live near this restaurant, my forever favorite along Lilac Street!!! ❤

Finally, a pizza variant that’s nearly the same as its picture on ads =p Shakey’s Scallop Primo does have generous pieces of baby scallops and shredded kani. The smell alone is delicious! A good treat for seafood lovers like me! 😀

2017 Project 365, Day 56: Shrimps and Mushrooms!

Mandi’s Grill Grub really knows my weakness! No matter how busy I am with work, I will find time for SHRIMPS! These are bathed in hoisin sauce and lots of chopped chili, along with three kinds of mushrooms (shitake, black fungus, and another). Aaaaand the garlic rice that came with it? Ahhh divine! A perfect meal on this 13-hour work day!
