A seafood monster was spotted earlier at Mandi’s Grill Grub. It voraciously devoured fish sarciado, giant freshwater shrimps (ulang), and spicy blue crab. It wasn’t afraid to get its hands dirty…
p.s. the monster’s fictional, but the food’s real! Catch them while you can!!!

This is called ulang. Ulang is very big. Ulang can be cooked with coconut milk. It is best partnered with nutty coconut milk rice. Limited ulang is available this weekend at Mandi’s Grill Grub. Ulang can be good for two for P580, but it can also be good for one at P320. KC loves ulang. Be like KC and visit Mandi’s! Hahaha! 😀

Today’s lunch: giant freshwater shrimps (“ulang”) in coconut-aligue sauce. No, these aren’t on Mandi’s Grill Grub‘s menu; the owner simply enjoys cooking for me and Leo from time to time! We appreciate it and will forever be a fan of your thoughtfully and lovingly prepared creations, Tito Joy! ❤
