Find friends who’d order individual bowls of ramen despite being surrounded by couples sharing only one! Spicy Yakuza for me, flavorful shoyu for Nikki, and meaty Beast for Ernest! Shizen Ramen in Marikina is definitely one of the best ramen shops for me!

Ayala Malls Marikina opened 2 days ago!!! I did not expect this to happen because the area seems so, hmmm, residential? And compared to other Ayala malls’ locations, this one isn’t on a wide road, so I’m kind of worried about the traffic once all stalls open! However, since I do not need to go to QC, Taguig, or Makati anymore, I’m still excited to explore this mall. It will have to wait, though, maybe in the middle of December. So far, I saw Mercury Drug, Jollibee, Giligan’s and S&R Pizza, plus I know there’s also Starbucks (already open + Mercury) and BPI. Ah, Marikina, you continue to surprise me! ❤
