Teeth can have fractures, too, and my 2nd molar on the lower right has two! Root canal procedure was an option, but not a guaranteed solution, so my dentist and 2 other dentists said that it’s just best to let the tooth go even though it hurts… literally and figuratively! So yeah, I have a new source of DNA in case identification is ncessary (I forgot to retrieve my 3 extracted impacted teeth as we sold our old ref last December). Only soft and cold food for a few weeks, so I’ve declined some foodie invites already. 😦 No teaching for now as well. 😦
