Didn’t have any capers, so ended up with tuna-mushroom aglio olio instead of my favorite puttanesca. Its aroma is enough to make my mouth water, hehe. Garlic ftw! Not bad at all!

My puttanesca’s all set for the first few days of Feb. Gotta focus on work, so I have no time to cook or go out to buy food. First time to use angel hair pasta, and I almost overcooked it! 😅 Let’s eat! 🙂

2018 Project 365 Day 243: Shrimp-Broccoli Alfredo

In preparation for the new month, I made shrimp and broccoli Alfredo pasta today! Will be on beast mode for almost the entire September because I will be traveling in the last week. My heart is already abroad, but my mind keeps reminding me to work first. =p Anyway, let’s eat and all have a great (albeit busy for me hehe) weekend, yeah? 🙂
