2020 Project 366, Day 364: Sausage Puttanesca

First time to use sausage instead of tuna/anchovies for puttanesca. Also used whole but pitted black olives instead of chopped ones, and I like them! I have sustenance until the year ends na! 😂 Unfortunately, I will also be alone on New Year’s Eve/day, so I dunno if I’ll have energy to cook pa. 😅 Anyway, dig in! 🤤

2020 Project 366, Day 258: Manong Joe’s Tuyo/Tinapa

Before the pandemic, my favorite gourmet tuyo was Good Shepherd’s. But now, it’s Manong Joe ‘s! 😍 Every piece is BONELESS na! So if you’re not pairing it (or even the tinapa) with rice, you can easily use it for other dishes, especially pasta! 👌🤤 IG: manong_joes ☺️ #supportsmallbusinesses

2020 Project 366, Day 227: Tofu!

I don’t know how to handle tofu. 😅 This if far from what I expected it to look like, but it’s pretty tasty! My sister said it’s something she’d have as pulutan! 🍺 Also, banana ketchup is her condiment of choice for this (UFC of course hehe). Anyway, I used soy sauce, black pepper, chili garlic, and rosemary to season this, so it’s as fragrant as it is yummy! 👌🤤 Got my tofu nga pala from Mangtaho Soy and Plantbased Products🙌
